Modify Personal Info

When adding a user to the members field, mentioning a user in comments, or viewing a user's profile card or personal details page, it will not only display their name, but also their organization, department, or position. The displayed content will also vary when viewing organization members and non-organization members.

Two Types of User Information

Personal Information

Go to [Personal Account] > [Personal] to set organization and position information.

Organizational Information

Information set by the Organization Admin, such as organization name, department, position, and employee ID.

Information on Profile Card

Hover over a member's profile photo, and it will display relevant personal information.

  • When viewing a profile card of an organization member

It will display the member's organization information such as department, position, and employee ID. It will also show their phone number and email if linked to the account, otherwise it will not be displayed.

  • When internal members view external user's profile card

It will display the user's organization and position from their personal information, with a label "Collaboration" indicating they are not a member of the organization to which the application belongs. If the external user has been added as a contact, their linked phone number and email will be displayed, if not linked, it will not be displayed.

    • When external users view organization member's profile card

For example, if you are an external user joining an application of another organization and view the members of that organization, it will display organization information (the organization to which the application belongs), including organization name, department, position, and employee ID. If you add that member as a contact, their linked phone number and email will be displayed, if not linked, it will not be displayed.

Personal Details Page

Clicking a member's profile photo to view the personal details page, and it will also display their organization, position, phone number, and email.

Select users from Contacts

When adding members, you can quickly select from Contacts.

Select from All Contacts and Cooperators

As shown below, since all contacts and collaborators may not belong to the same organization, the displayed information is the organization name from the user's personal information.

Select from Organization

When selecting users, you can choose only from a specific organization, which will display the user's department and position.

Since the displayed users all belong to the same organization, the organization name is not displayed, only the department is shown (if a user belongs to multiple departments, only the main department is displayed).

Mention Users

When mentioning a user in records and posts, it will display the user's organization and position from their personal information.
