File Size and Storage

The upload of attachments in the application is controlled by all members of the organization, and the flow is shared by all. However, the files uploaded in the file module are limited by person.

1. Data usage

Free users

The monthly data limit of 300M will be recalculated the next month, with a total storage space of 5G. That is, up to 300M of files can be uploaded this month, and no more files can be uploaded after that. You can continue to upload 300M next month. The total storage space is 5G. For example, if you upload 300M per month and reach 5G in 17 months, you can never upload again.

Paid users

The data limit of 10G every month will be recalculated the next month. The total storage space is unlimited. That is, you can upload up to 10G of files this month, and continue to upload 10G of files next month; only 1G of files have been uploaded this month, and only 10G of files can be uploaded next month.

Note: When the organization expires, it becomes a restriction for free users.

Data will be calculated when uploading attachments in [Post], [Task] and [Files].

Uploading files in an application is controlled by the entire organization.
