How to add views to a custom page


Views from a worksheet or worksheets can be embedded in a custom page. Users can present charts along with important data for comparative viewing.

Configuration Steps

1. Enter the editing page of a custom page

2. Add a view

3. Select the target worksheet and view

For example: Count and compare product inventory for this month and last month.

The component name is set to [Inventory of Current Month], the worksheet is selected [Product Inventory], and the view is selected [Inventory of Current Month].

4. Further configure the view

  • Number of data displays

    You can configure the number of records to be displayed in the view, if it is empty, all data will be displayed by default.

  • Allow new records

    [Allow new records] is checked by default, if you do not allow users to create new records, you can uncheck it.

  • Search records

    [Search records] is checked by default, if the amount of data is small, you can uncheck it.

  • Open the view

    If not checked, users can not click to jump to the corresponding view page.

5. Save
