How to view a colleague's events

You can view other colleagues' events by clicking [View others'] in the bottom left corner of the calendar. But you can't view other users' private events, which will show as "busy".

Similarly, if you have events that you don't want to be viewed by other colleagues, check [Private Event].

You can view the events of several colleagues at the same time, and they will be displayed together in the calendar.

If there are too many tasks, you can hide your own events first.
