FAQs about messages


Ⅰ. How to recall a message

  • In groups, the administrator can recall messages sent by others at any time. If a message is recalled, the person who sent the message will receive a notification message.
  • A message sent by the administrator himself can be withdrawn only within 5 minutes. If it takes more than 5 minutes, other administrators of the group can withdraw the message. If there is no other administrator, you can temporarily add a member as an administrator to help retract.

Ⅱ. How to view messages from people who have left

Chat messages in the system and system messages are permanently saved in the cloud (except for recalled messages). So, if you have chatted with the person who has left, you can view the chatting history.

How to view

  • Find the chat with the member in the chat list (search is not available), if you have not deleted the chat, you can still view it.

  • Find the interaction history in the notification messages of the app, notifications in posts, such as mentioning you in the posts, replies to your comments, etc. Mouse over the name and click the chat button to view it.

  • Administrators can also view the chat history in the organization management page.

Ⅲ. How to stick a message to top

You can stick the contact, group chat or system notifications that you frequently visit to top, so you can quickly check the relevant messages at any time.

Web

  • Enter the chat page.

  • Right click on the target chat, you can see the [Pin to top] button.

    The same, to [Unpin from top].

    [Remove session] The chat is not displayed in the list.

    [View posts] Click to view group posts, or the member's posts.

iOS

Left swipe chat to top or remove it.

Andriod

Long press a chat for 1 second to stick it to top or delete it.
