Funnel Chart


Features: A funnel chart is made up of multiple trapezoids stacked from top to bottom, with the top-to-bottom items in a logical sequence and the area of the trapezoid indicating the difference between the volume of business in one segment and the previous segment.

The following is an example of how to create a funnel chart.

Example: Create a funnel chart to show the recruitment process of this month in the worksheet Personnel Management

Data Range: Recruitment process in April

View: All

Time Range: Date (this month)

Dimension: Select non-numeric fields in the worksheet

Numeric: Select the numeric field in the worksheet (including the number of records); the value of this field determines the size of the trapezoid

Configuration Steps

1. Create a new chart

Enter the configuration page of the chart.

2. Set up the data source

Time range: [Date] (this month).

If need further filtering, you can add filtering conditions.

3. Select [Funnel Chart]

Dimension: select the field [Phase]; Numeric: select the field [Candidate] (sum)

4. Set the figure

For the direction of the figure, you can choose horizontal or vertical.

More settings

Click [Style] for more setting.

  1. You can set whether to show the conversion rate.

  2. The funnel chart can be compared with the previous month or the previous year.

If you don't need more settings,click [Save] to finish setting.
