Batch Process Data in Subforms

There is an implicit association between the subform and the master worksheet, but it is different from the association created by the relationship control.

How to get the data of the subform​

You have to get the data of the subform associated with the main worksheet based on its records.

For example, to get data from the order details subform of an order. You can get the data from the subform with the the [Get multiple pieces of data] node, selecting [Get associated records from records].

How to bulk add data to a subform​

There are two types of subforms, one with an entity sheet and one without an entity sheet (a subform created from blank). Since you have to specify which worksheet you are adding data to when adding data automatically via workflow. Therefore, a subform without an entity sheet cannot be added automatically (a blank subform can be converted to an entity sheet).

Bulk add data to a subform with an entity sheet​

When adding data in bulk, one of the previous nodes in the workflow must have already fetched the bulk data and then automatically add the bulk data to the subform.
